Further, we can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, email, IP address, access times and company name to Clients under confidentiality agreement, as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity.
We also reserve the right to share information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving personal threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Climate Wise’s Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.
Sale/Merger
We reserve the right to transfer information about you if Climate Wise is acquired by another company (either in a stock sale or a sale of substantially all of Climate Wise’s assets) or merged with another company.
Limitations on Privacy
