Stephen is both a seasoned entrepreneur and board director. Stephen is President of The Development Initiative Limited, a global Mine Action company operating throughout the Middle East and Africa with over 700 operating personnel. He is also founder and chairman of Blue Agri, a pan-African focused agriculture business with in excess of 700 employees in Zimbabwe and Zambia. With other roles including chairman of Krypton Fund Services, Director of Dreamlab Finance and Kratos Investments, Stephen holds a diverse portfolio of directorships across multiple industries.

Over the course of his career, Stephen has held roles including Chief Financial Officer, Global Head of Strategy and Product Development and Head of Country for different organisations. He has worked and operated in London, Dublin, Bermuda and New York.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Stephen trained with Price Waterhouse in London and holds an MBA.

Outside of work, Stephen is a keen sportsman and is currently Performance Director and President of Harbour Swim Club in Bermuda. In 2012, he had the honour of representing Bermuda as Swim Coach at the London Olympic Games.
